Today I recommend these penne with mushrooms and olives as a first course . This dish is very easy to prepare, but has an interesting and little usual taste.
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
- 350 grams of feathers
- a slice of raw ham of 150 grams
- 300 grams of champignon mushrooms
- 200 grams of white and green olives
- a clove of garlic
- 300 grams of tomato sauce
- a sprig of parsley
- extra virgin olive oil
- grated Parmesan cheese
Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. In a saucepan with the oil, fry the garlic and add the mushrooms, diced ham and olives (pitted and cut into small pieces), brown for five minutes, pour the tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper, cover and continue cooking for another fifteen minutes. Cook the penne in lightly salted water, drain and mix with the prepared sauce. Decorate with a sprig of parsley. sprinkle with a tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese.
