  The wife of a criminal is being treated badly by her husband who just came out of jail, so the person she is in love with tries to help her by killing her husband. And the lover kills the husband because he loves her and wants her for him. Then the twist comes when someone innocent is being convicted by the killing of the husband and he is sentenced to execution. So the struggle comes in the wife's case between her love and conscience.
